Great house in great location with great facilities Positive: House had everything we needed and was in a brilliant location! Negative: Liked everything but a suggestion would be to paint the odd marked wall and the carpets could do with a little TLC but this didn’t effect our stay or our enjoyment of the property!

Perfect apartment in the centre of Chester, made even better by such a great host! Positive: This property is exceptional. The location is perfect for reaching all the shops, restaurants and sites in Chester by foot. There are multiple parking options available within a minutes walk. The apartment is easily accessible by code and has great facilities and cleanliness. Tim was so kind and helpful when asked if he could help arrange some decorations for a member of our group’s birthday. Tim really went above and beyond and was so generous in what he organised for us. This fantastic house really did meet our needs perfectly, and I would highly recommend choosing here when visiting Chester as a group. Thank you so much Tim! Negative: This is not a dislike at all (!), but just a warning for perspective guests, the stairs in the house are quite steep and narrow - so could be difficult to navigate for older guests. Also in no way a dislike, just a suggestion, a lamp in the lounge would be lovely for some dim lighting in the evening😊.

Perfect location Positive: Perfect location, minutes away from the centre and the race track. Was a really cute house which was easily accessible, and very cosy inside. Negative: Owners didn't reply when I messaged about an early check in. Only two toilet rolls left for 6 people, no shower gel in the bathroom.

What an amazing place. The location is perfect. Positive: Everything about this property was fantastic, location, host, facilities, etc. The house is really well decorated, all the facilities you could need, including the proper coffee machine. Located perfectly for access to the city centre and its nightlife and also to walk the river, walls and park. We couldn't have asked for more. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Loved the location. Beautiful house and very well equipped. Hair dryers in every bedroom. And the owner Tim was very accommodating when we had a special request! Highly recommended 👌
